These conditions are valid for people making this reservation and for all people involved in this reservation.
Reservations must be done online through our webpage www.taximallorca365.com. If you make the reservation you accept the terms and conditions in your name and for each person of the group.
The person who makes the booking must be an adult (more than 18 years old).
Taximallorca365 is not responsible for errors made with our services due to false or missing information on the booking.
The final payment of the reservation will be made at the end of each transfer. You can pay in cash or by credit card.
Your reservation will only be valid if you receive a confirmation e-mail. This is normally done within 24 hours.
The booking is directly done with taximallorca365.com, without any intermediate agencies.
Taximallorca365 reserves its right to update its price-list without any further notice.
If at the moment of booking the indicated address does not correspond with the real destination, we will invoice your real destination address.
The shown prices on the price-list are final prices, all supplements, payments and taxes included.
The prices on the price-list are per car, not depending on the passenger numbers.
All services are made with a working taximeter, always respecting the final agreed price.
In case you have to change or modify the reservation, you have to do so by e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS.
If you have reserved your trip back to the airport and you decide to cancel it, please inform us as soon as possible as we come from Palma.
Cancellation or modification of your reservation will not cost you anything.
We cannot guarantee that all changes can be made, yet we will try at all times to adapt to your wishes.
Taximallorca365 reserves its right to cancel your booking even though it is confirmed in case of the following reasons:
If your flight is delayed we do not charge any surcharge to your booking.
Taximallorca365 reserves its right to invoice an additional amount if the waiting time is more than 15 minutes from the agreed pick-up time on your return to the airport.
The person making the booking must specify all luggage equipment, including the following: Surf boards, golf clubs, bikes, baby carts, domestic animals or other large articles, so that we can make sure that the taxi has enough space. If at your arrival your equipment does not correspond to that indicated on your reservation form, exceeding the capacity of the boot, you will have to pay for extra cost of transporting the extra luggage.
If your equipment arrives later, this won’t cost you more. We ask you to inform us of this situation on our telephone number (0034) 651 178 961.
The maximum allowed passenger number per taxi is four people, children and babies count as adults. If you need child seat/s, please indicate it on the reservation form and we will have it ready without any further cost.
We inform you that by Law we cannot collect guests in the areas of Inca and Calviá.
When you arrive at the airport we would be glad if you would contact us by SMS or WhatsApp when you are waiting for your luggage.
All your personal details will be totally deleted after our service
